About Me!

Avery Daniels is an Outer Banks native who has participated in (almost) all aspects of theatre from 8 months old to present day. She holds a Bachelor of Theatre Arts in Design and Technology from Appalachian State and is currently completing her M.F.A. in Drama-Design at University of North Carolina Greensboro. She worked as a costume shop assistant for Appalachian State University from 2018 to her graduation in 2021 and currently works as a graduate assistant for UNCG. Her most recent work includes the costume design for UNCG’s production of Into the Woods, which just performed in September of 2023. Currently she is the Costume Designer on UNCG’s Touring production of Last Stop on Market Street which will open in February 2024. In addition to her work in costume design, she is an experienced costume technician with a love for creating garments from page to stage. When not working on theatre related things, she is often found playing video games, or outside with her dog Moose.
